Amy is one-third of the ironically named all female music-making team The Melody Men. Amy, Dyanna and Lou are a multi-faceted writing and production team making a serious name for themselves in a testosterone-dominated industry.
The Melody Men have a collective skill-set that makes them the ultimate trio. The girls possess a great range of voices and styles, from singing to rapping, as well as on-point recording, broadcast quality mixes and post-production.
The London based trio have a burgeoning list of co-writes to their name, having scored recent cuts with numerous doyens of the dance scene. Cuts by the likes of Kideko, Mason, Tough Love and Litek have all been graced by Melody Men top lines and vocals in the last few months.
The Melody Men feature on Tough Love’s summer 2018 hit ‘Rain Dance’, enjoying five weeks on the bounce plays on BBC Radio 1’s Dance Anthems with Scott Mills. The co-written track hit No3 in the Music Week dance charts.
Put the TV on in the UK right now and you’d do well to miss Mason’s ‘Dance, Shake, Move’, currently featured on the multi-media ad campaign for the brand ‘Boots’. A recent Melody Men co-write with the Dutch producer, this infectious tune has also been used by Stella McCartney online as well as some of the biggest TV shows in the UK.
The Melody Men are currently working on more of their infectious top lines and hooks, as well as creating their debut sample pack ‘Killa Club Hooks’ for the market leaders Loopmasters. As their stock grows, expect to be hearing more heavyweight tunes from this talented gang.
